Objective:
The Communications and PR Manager will primarily act as a content manager, responsible for preparing press releases for our game launches and industry-related announcements across various company channels. This role will also be essential in implementing communication strategies, drafting necessary articles, and coordinating with external partners to publish new content on different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copywriting: Write compelling and effective content for announcements, including game launches, company initiatives, certifications, reports, and features.
2. Social Media Management: Efficiently manage the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp, and Telegram channels—sharing content, engaging with the community, and preparing insightful reports.
3. Media Partners Management: Negotiate agreements to secure publications with media outlets and content creators to enhance brand awareness.
4. Influencer Relations: Engage with streamers and key industry figures to negotiate promotional collaborations.
5. Innovation Management: Support the Head of Marketing in project management improvements and KPI optimization.
Experience & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related administrative field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles.
• Strong digital knowledge / Digital native.
• Proficiency in Windows and iOS operating systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional languages are a plus.

Objective:
The Graphic and Motion Designer will elevate the visual identity of our brand and games through graphic and motion content. This role plays a key part in shaping how our audience experiences our products, creating engaging visuals that captivate players and reinforce our brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to produce compelling assets, support branding initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Prepare commercial graphic assets for game promotion, following assigned workflows from the manager.
- Motion Design: Propose and produce promotional videos to showcase our games.
- Design Materials: Collaborate with the Branding Manager to develop merchandising and promotional materials to strengthen our brand.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest workflow enhancements within the design department and account management assets.
- Innovation Management: Support the Head of Marketing in project management improvements and KPI optimization.
Experience & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (strong knowledge required).
• Medium-level knowledge of After Effects.
• At least 2 years of experience in motion design.
• Familiarity with both Windows and iOS operating systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

This role involves a comprehensive check of game integrations, bet placements, game positioning, and
other critical elements that contribute to the seamless operation and presentation of our games.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying issues, discrepancies, and areas for improvement,
ensuring our games operate flawlessly and maintain their integrity across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitor activities and offerings. Identify trends, new features,
and strategies used by competitors. Prepare comprehensive reports on the competitive
landscape and suggest improvements. - Conduct market research to understand the current and emerging trends in the online slots
industry. Analyze market demands, customer preferences, and geographical trends. Compile
data to support strategic decisions and product development. - Evaluate newly released games from competitors and within the company. Assess game
performance, features, and player engagement. Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for
game improvements. - Review and analyze the promotional strategies of competitors and their impact on player
engagement. Track the effectiveness of in-house promotions and recommend optimizations.
