Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Management Analyst to monitor and evaluate
our gaming products on various operator websites.
This role involves a comprehensive check of game integrations, bet placements, game positioning, and
other critical elements that contribute to the seamless operation and presentation of our games.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying issues, discrepancies, and areas for improvement,
ensuring our games operate flawlessly and maintain their integrity across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitor activities and offerings. Identify trends, new features,
and strategies used by competitors. Prepare comprehensive reports on the competitive
landscape and suggest improvements. - Conduct market research to understand the current and emerging trends in the online slots
industry. Analyze market demands, customer preferences, and geographical trends. Compile
data to support strategic decisions and product development. - Evaluate newly released games from competitors and within the company. Assess game
performance, features, and player engagement. Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for
game improvements. - Review and analyze the promotional strategies of competitors and their impact on player
engagement. Track the effectiveness of in-house promotions and recommend optimizations.
Develop insights to enhance future promotional campaigns. - Perform quality assurance checks on game content, including icons, graphics, and overall design.
Ensure all content meets the company's quality standards and is free of errors. Coordinate with
the design team to address any content issues. - Conduct regular and thorough reviews of operator websites featuring our games, focusing on
game functionality, bet processes, and overall user experience. - Verify the correct integration and positioning of games on operator platforms, ensuring they are in
line with agreements and expectations. - Collaborate with support and account management teams to gather comprehensive feedback and
insights on game performance and operator compliance. - Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and follow-up
actions. - Act as a liaison between the technical team and account managers, providing crucial feedback for
continuous product improvement. - Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and
excellence in our gaming offerings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Bosnian.
- Residency in ONLY in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Candidates must submit their CV in the Europass format, including all relevant details of
their professional experience and skills. - Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally within the gaming or online betting industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively report findings and work across
different teams. - Familiarity with gaming operations, online betting systems, and industry regulations is highly
advantageous. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers in the post-sale process
- Upselling and promoting new products
- Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory
- Promoting existing product by improving positioning
- Ensuring that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way
- Developing and maintaining long term relationship with customers
- Working closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
