Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers in the post-sale process
- Upselling and promoting new products
- Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory
- Promoting existing product by improving positioning
- Ensuring that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way
- Developing and maintaining long term relationship with customers
- Working closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- You display technical acumen with the ability to relate it with business value
- You have a demonstrated and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledge
- Ability to write enterprise software proposals
- Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to build strategic relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Good financial knowledge
- Knowledge of all marketing tools
- Excellent negotiation skills

Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our strategic
growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s
strategic goals.
Our mission is to become the leading slot provider in the market, delivering creative and
engaging experiences for players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue
goals.
• Identify new markets and customer opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present the progress.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• National and international trips to fairs, events and meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in sales within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and global markets.
• Experience in Payment solutions software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• A strong network and a proven track record of tangible, commercial success.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
