Experience:
Responsibilities:

Responding to and resolving client tickets received via chat, and Jira.

Providing clear communication and solutions for technical issues, configuration problems, and general inquiries.

Collaborating with Account Management and Sales teams for approvals and client updates.
-
Creating daily shift reports and inputting relevant activity summaries.
-
Adding and configuring new operators and currencies in production and demo environments.
-
Setting and adjusting bet limits, win limits, exposure limits, and domains based on client requests.
-
Ensuring the correct setup of launch URLs, callback URLs, and whitelisted IPs.
-
Managing pre-release communication and internal announcements for new game releases.
-
Managing Backoffice user accounts, including account creation, deactivation, and permission updates.
-
Writing and maintaining internal process guides, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting articles (using Confluence).
-
Developing client-facing how-to guides and technical FAQs.
-
Updating the Support Wiki, client profile pages, and shared knowledge documents regularly.
-
Monitoring Jira boards for tasks and issues.
-
Escalating unresolved issues to L1 and collaborating on resolutions.
-
Collaborating with IT/QA and Dev teams during issue resolution.

Participating in weekly reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Basic computer literacy: confident use of PCs, browsers, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Strong English language skills: confident reading, writing, and speaking ability.

Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge over time.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the iGaming or related industry.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth and expand market presence.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
· Identify and assess new business opportunities within the iGaming industry.

Requirements:

- Experience in Online Gambling Industry and B2B is a plus
- Fluent level of Spanish and English
- Strong analytic, mathematical and statistical skills

- Must have good communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and effectively communicate complex concepts
