We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our daily business operations, ensuring client compliance, and managing a wide array of commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with an international mindset to develop their career in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

 

Responsibilities

As a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, you will support the legal department across several critical areas:

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including NDAs, Supplier Agreements, and Outsourcing contracts, among others.
  • Operational Support: Provide practical legal advice and solutions for day-to-day business challenges and operational queries.
  • Compliance & Due Diligence: Assist in Client Due Diligence (CDD/KYB) and onboarding processes, ensuring all required corporate documentation is gathered and verified.
  • Process Improvement: Assist and participate in the creation, review, and optimization of internal company processes to enhance efficiency and risk management.
  • Legal Research: Track and analyse relevant legal developments, new laws, and regulations affecting the company’s sector.
  • Legal Organization: Manage the filing, tracking, and organization of all corporate legal documentation.

 


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven legal experience gained within a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department, with a specific focus on Corporate and Commercial Law.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)+Master is highly appreciated.
  • Languages: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory, as 70% of the workload is conducted in English.
  • Legal Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining operational discipline, and driving continuous improvement across all support activities.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Support or similar operational roles

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, organize, and coordinate the daily work of the Customer Support team

  2. Ensure proper workload distribution, shift planning, and coverage across all support channels

  3. Monitor team performance and ensure timely handling of emails, tickets, chats, and internal requests

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests from clients and internal teams via email, chat systems, and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)
