We wanted to create a game that truly resonated with this community, one that feels authentic to anime fans while also delivering a visually stunning and immersive slot experience.

Beyond the aesthetics, we included subtle Easter eggs throughout the game as a nod to anime culture. The character designs, special effects, and even the way the bonus features unfold are all inspired by the dynamic and expressive storytelling that anime is known for. It’s a game built by fans, for fans, and we’re thrilled with how players have embraced it!

Working towards the three bonus features sees players undress the Moon Guardians who are shown atop the reels. Slots are naturally geared towards adults, but we don’t often see many games that take this X-rated approach, why do you think that is?

The casino industry is constantly evolving, but many developers choose to play it safe when it comes to more provocative themes. While we understand why some companies may see it as a risky move, we approached this with a strong artistic vision rather than just for shock value.

In Japan and other regions, anime and manga often embrace bold storytelling and artistic expression, and we wanted to channel that into a slot game in a way that feels natural rather than forced. It’s about pushing creative boundaries while ensuring the gameplay remains engaging and enjoyable for a broad audience.

That said, Moon Guardians is still designed as a premium slot experience first, the aesthetic choices are just one part of what makes it unique. The Pile Feature and diverse bonus mechanics ensure that the game stands out for more than just its theme.
