- Can you share some insights about your professional path and how you became a Key Account Manager in the fast-paced world of iGaming?
I jumped into the iGaming industry with my very first full-time job, having absolutely no idea what to expect! Before becoming an Account Manager with Amigo, I started out in a beginning position as a customer support agent for a sportsbook operator in the Philippines. Everything was new to me, and there was so much to learn. Over time, I’ve gathered a lot of knowledge and experience in this field, and now here I am—an AM with Amigo! It’s crazy to think it’s been almost six years in the iGaming world, and I’ve had a blast along the way. This industry has brought me so much fun, and I’ve enjoyed every moment with the amazing people I’ve met along the way!
- What do you find most exciting about managing key accounts in the iGaming sector? Is there a specific part of your role that you enjoy the most, whether it’s building relationships or seeing the impact of Amigo Gaming’s products on your clients?
I’d say yes, absolutely! Like many others, I think the most fun and enjoyable part of this role is connecting with people. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients isn’t just about the job—it often turns into genuine friendships, which makes it even more rewarding. For me, the most exciting (and challenging!) part is figuring out how to hit my goals, especially with the fast-paced changes and the constant need to stay on top of trends and keep learning.
